Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and WiFi service. Convenient location, as it was close to shopping, ATM and restaurants. the staff were friendly and offered helpful recommendations for local activities.

The shower water was not hot during the stay. Had to use another room's shower which was too hot and not adjustable.

We really loved our time here.

in this hotel we felt safe. greatly enjoyed el jardin de susana, it was right at the property and offered nice treats. send regards to guard. it offers decent prices.

Good value for money. Great WiFi. Huge comfy beds. Clean. Good breakfast. Good location. Seemed safe at night. Lovely staff.

shower needed cleaning

We had a minor issue with the hot water on our second night, but the staff at Hotel Carnaval quickly resolved it by allowing us to use another room with hot water. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, restaurants, and cash points. The breakfast of baleadas and eggs was delicious and filling. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, helpful staff, and convenient location.

The location of the hotel was convenient with nearby restaurants and shops. The breakfast provided was decent and the staff were friendly. The room was spacious and had good WiFi connection. However, there were no elevators, making it difficult for those with disabilities.

One of the staff members made a rude comment about my disability upon check-in. This made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout my stay.

We recently stayed in a hotel during a city break and had a great experience. The location was very convenient with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The staff was extremely friendly, always smiling and happy to help. We particularly enjoyed the spacious rooms which were comfortable and clean. The breakfast offered by the hotel was one of the best we had during our trip, with a variety of delicious local dishes to choose from.
